নীতি কাহাকেও বাধ্য করে না
 
 
সুনীতি বা সুনিয়ম কাহাকেও 
জবরদস্তি করিয়া
অনুসরণ করাইতে চাহে না;-
কিন্তু যে মঙ্গল চায়,
সে যদি অনুসরণ করে---
মঙ্গল তাহাকে
নন্দিত করিবে--সন্দেহ নাই। ১৪২
